The program called for a sustainable, economically successful transit based housing and commercial development. The main site originally contained a big box store and an amazon.com distribution center. Our proposal moved these businesses to a smaller a smaller lot on site and reused the existing large scale buildings for housing and small business. Connection with the bus terminal and train station are emphasized as is a large promenade for walking and bike riding.
