For the project for the future neighborhood of Port de Pantin, we wished to approach the question of housing in an open and prospective way, considering a diversity of volumetric layouts, the duplex, loft, house, terrace, loggia balcony, garden . . . but also and above all, take into account the incredible uniqueness of Port de Pantin, its relationship to both the water that traverses it and to the radical transformation it as a neighborhood is undergoing, while traces of its industrial and rail past remain deeply rooted in the terrain. We thereby provided the project with a highly original reading, utilizing horizontals and recognizable materials such as metal, glass, wood. A post-industrial poetry not found in Paris today except the other side of the Peripherique.
