Requiring entitlements from the city Architectural Board of Review, Planning Commission and City Council, I created all visual and report documentation and assisted in all city presentations. This building was a joint venture between MHA and the city to develop housing for MHA clients and low-income residents as well as a new consolidated headquarters.
