Directed staff of 7-8 people, reviewed designs and contract documents for compliance with program.  Reviewed drawings and project manual for compliance with the “Guidelines” and the building and fire codes. Developed project schedules and construction budgets. Personally submitted contract documents to Department of Health for approval.  Attended client and construction meetings during the Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Documentation Processes.  Performed construction administration and represented the firm during the construction process.
