I have extensive experience and passion for medium & large projects within the Residential High-end, Hospitality (Hotels and Resorts), Wellness (Spas), Commercial, Retail, and Big-medium Box buildings industries from the conception to development of design, construction documentation, coordination with consultants, coordination at construction sites, and opening strategy. I can work and utilize my skills within Revit BIM manager, Auto-CAD, and Sketch Up creating exceptional architectural projects and leading teams of architects and designers. I have a strong background in on-site coordination and construction while supervising as a manager. The projects included in my Portfolio will show my work since 80% is my creation and execution in all phases. I am originally from Cancun, Mexico now live in the US. (Texas). After founding an architecture firm in Cancun, Mexico as Principal and Lead Architect for over twenty years (I hold an architect registration in Mexico), I am now an American citizen and have been working in the architectural industry within the United States for over ten years (NCARB reciprocity certification initiated) For much of my time in the United States, I have worked as an independent contractor. This gave me the freedom to travel and work on several projects with responsibilities in diverse roles. As you can note from my resume, my positions as Architectural Production Manager and Job-Site Superintendent demonstrate my understanding of project development throughout a project’s life cycle, and my familiarity with the International Building Codes, TAS, and ADA. While performing in many projects as Lead Architectural Designer and working with specialized interior design firms, I have worked on international projects that include luxury resorts, spas, luxury custom residential, and condominiums.
