A 20-storey tower is proposed to accommodate residential units and commercial offices along with sufficient parking spaces within the structure.

This project comprises of three different programs on different levels of the building. The first five floor from the bottom is a commercial space with department store and offices. the mid of the building consists of parking spaces and service floor while the remaining part of the building i.e. the top nine floors consists of residential units.

The mix-use concept in a particularly compact site is perceived in this project.
