This is a reconstruction project. The historical community of Daowai, Harbin is famous for the beautiful old buildings. However,as a residential community, the original design in the early age could not meet the needs of people's modern life.

The strategy is to completely rebuild the community, while leaving only the historical facade system, as a enclosure of the new structures.
