103 unit Apartment Building at East 4th Street & Bowery, landmarked Skidmore House, and East 4th Street Apartment Building

A zoning variance to develop site zoned for light industry as mixed use residential was obtained through a Landmarks Preservation hearing.  Two new buildings were projected.

I designed the 103 unit building and the preservation and adaption of the Federal era house to multi-family use.  I directed a team on the design of the smaller apartment building.
