This neighborhood kick-starter was $25m, 148-keys, and 64,000 sf, made from 4 stories of CFS framing on 2 stories of post-tensioned concrete parking garage (one below grade). Across from Lucas Oil Stadium, its traffic is mainly fans and attendees of events there, but it gets a healthy percentage of business travelers since it's so convenient to downtown and to I-70. I don't love the interior theme, personally, but we held the Brand standard and it's making money. We had to vacate an alley to build this and I have a cool picture of myself in the 48" storm drain we abandoned, 26 feet down.
