Master Plan for a new mixed-use business development in San Antonio, Texas to be anchored by Texas Bank with a new corporate banking center. The mixed-use development is planned to include supporting commercial and multi-type residential developments in combination with separate land parcels to support a mix of commercial and/or light industrial/warehouse facilities.

The separate presentation models were constructed from a combination of typical chip-board site models with a internally reinforced folded paper construction technique for the larger scale/detail building model. This modeling technique provides a relatively simple and expedient method to construct study models at larger scales to advance the design development process.....very useful before the advent of more advanced 3D modeling capabilities available today.
