Project Manager and lead designer for 12 million dollar gut renovation and rebranding of the Goodland Hotel in Santa Barbara. Responsible for schematic design, FF&E sourcing/selection, custom furniture design/shop drawings, planning, design documentation, construction documentation, budgeting, scheduling, signage conceptualization/design and site management/installation. Actively involved in all phases of design, maintaining thorough communication with client, architect, landscape designer, general contractor and sub-contractors. Currently leading guestroom design for the renovation of a landmark hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

Lead designer for the 10 million dollar renovation of the landmark Palace Hotel, SF. Project scope included all guestrooms, luxury suites, corridors and historic Garden Court Lobby. Responsible for concept design, FF&E selection, planning and production of design documents for both model room and full-roll out. Ensured timely and thorough production of all corresponding architectural and F&E documents including schedules, budgets, detailed specifications for purchasing, architectural planning, design and custom furniture drawings.
Lead designer on 270 million dollar mixed-use renovation and new build of Princess Ka’iulani Resort. Responsibilities included initial winning concept, FF&E schematic design, selection, planning and documentation.
