Held multiple roles with this high profile, fast-paced company. Worked as a Family Room Specialist where roles and responsibilities focused on teaching customers how to master Apple products as well as resolving customer and product issues at “genius” bar. Then moved into the Genius position where responsibilities are centered on troubleshooting and fixing Mac computers. In addition, spent time as a sales specialist where sales productivity was consistently above company and store standards.
