North Terminal Development, Miami Int’l Airport, Miami, FL
995 million-dollar redevelopment and expansion of Miami’s North Terminal for American Airlines hub. Operations include a 47-gate domestic and international terminal plus add’l gates for American Eagle Commuter operations, plus a rooftop tram to facilitate speedy access from the north end of the terminal to south. – On-going construction (Corgan Associates, Inc.)

Terminal B Expansion, Dallas Fort Worth Airport, Dallas, TX
30 million-dollar expansion of Dallas’s Terminal B for American Airlines consisting of a new sky bridge linking Terminal B to its eastern counterpart over an existing  main roadway. Scope also included a new tram station  – Built 1999

Robinhood Libraries, Brooklyn, NY
Project funded by the Robinhood Foundation to design a library in each of five public schools as part of their program entitled “Library Initiative”. Libraries are designed to stimulate and encourage literacy in the NYC public school system; each equipped with the latest in computer and internet technology.  Role included design production from SD to CD’s – Built 2004   (Rockwell Group)

Albany Public Library, Albany, NY
Project aimed at determining the future of the Albany Public Library facilities.  Role consisted of Field study of each branch, meetings and panel discussions with civic groups and the Albany Public Library Board to determine goals, image and possible relocation of main library. – Currently in Development  (Rockwell Group)

The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Bronx, NY

Department of Labor/ Homestead Job Corps Center, Homestead, FL
Adaptive Re-Use of a portion of the former Homestead Air Force Base as a vocational institution for disadvantaged youths.  Scope of work includes 15 million dollars of renovations to existing buildings for use as classrooms, mechanical shops, gymnasium, dining hall, and four dormitories.  The hurricane- damaged site needed to meet new building code requirements in addition to recently updated ADA requirements for new construction. – Un-Built (The Russell Partnership)
