Employment 

HKS HILL GLAZIER STUDIO, Palo Alto, CA US, Project Manager

Responsibilities included: management of Ritz-Carlton Residences at Mammoth, a hotel and condominium resort project including 250 condominiums in an 11 story stepped structure with hotel style reception and amenities, recreation, spa and restaurant facilities and three stories of structured parking. Coordination of consultants, contractors, supervision of in-house, remote office, and direct subcontracting personnel. Liaison with clients, interior design group, hotel operator, and city departments. Developed and coordinated architectural documentation and outline specifications thru Design Development.
Additional work on Kona Village Resort as Job Captain/Project Manager. Project included remodel and new construction of 150 traditional Hawaiian style 'Hales” thru 50% Design Development. Development of contracts, on site survey, coordination with consultants, clients and operators, and interior designers.

Responsibilities included: management of the Crescent, a combined 277 room hotel and 243 unit condominium project, All phases of documentation including site design through construction documents, Major applications and reviews including coordination of a full Environmental Impact Report, Specific Plan, and Special Development Permit. Financial planning and management of project budget including preparation of ASA's, review of consultant payments and management of project fees. Coordination and primary liaison for consulting engineers, contractor, and various agencies including city planning, public works, building department and DRE review.
And as a job captain --Construction Documentation and Construction Administration of Classic residence by Hyatt, an Assisted Living Residence with a Skilled Nursing Facility and an Alzheimer Living Unit, Responsibilities included Design Development, detail and design coordination, construction detailing, attending on site client contractor meetings, and shop drawing review. Additional projects include school construction with DSA review, site planning for assisted living facilities, and multifamily residential.

Responsibilities included: design and production of school and custom residential projects from concept through construction administration, coordination of engineers, contractors, and staff, coordinating with city planning, public works and building departments.

Responsibilities included: design site planning, production of schematic, design development and construction documents for multifamily residential, single family custom homes and residential remodels. Management of consulting engineers, support staff, liaison with city and county design review agencies and building departments.

CAD Group lead responsibilities included: supervising 11 CAD personnel, training and coordination for over 20 Architects and Engineers in Autocad. Wrote and implemented Acad standards and manuals for NASA design and construction at Moffet Field.
Project Manager responsibilities included: coordinating Architectural staff and Engineers ind design and construction of research and support facilities, met with clients, governing bodies and contractors to direct and coordinate design effort, budget, specifications, and schedules.
