 2010 - Present / Free Lance
  Have worked in the development of my own interior and exterior architectural designs. Have supplied supervision services during the construction process of the projects.  Provided drafting services for the construction of as-built plans.  Provided 3D modeling and rendering services to engineering and architecture firms.  Provided services as graphic artist designing: logos, event promotions, business promotions, presentation cards and t shirts.  
 2012-2013 / Applied Engineering Group 
  Provided services as project coordinator. During the period of contract, I was responsible of the inspection, documentation and coordination of all the parts responsible of the construction of the Tropical Ecology and Environmental Sciences Laboratory, in the Department of Natural Sciences of the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Designed by Arch. Wilfredo Boria.   Represented, during the process of bidding, the inspection firm, for the construction of a Walgreens store in Carolina Puerto Rico designed by the Fiedler & Frias Architects Firm. Worked as coordinator between owner architect and inspection.     I was responsible of the inspection, documentation and coordination of all the parts responsible of the construction during the process of the installation of water heaters, new kitchen and bathroom fixtures inside public housing buildings in different municipalities of Puerto Rico.  Collaborated in the inspection, documentation and coordination of all the parts responsible of the construction of a new electrical substation in Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital in Condado Puerto Rico.  Collaborated in the inspection, documentation and coordination of all the parts responsible of the construction of a roofing system  and the  remodeling of basketball courts in public housing.  Provided drafting services in Novartis Exlax pharmaceutical. During the working period in Novartis, I was responsible for the actualization of the as-built plans used for the pharmaceutical validation process.     

2010 – 2012 City Living Productions 
  Provided services as graphic artist, designing logos and press kits for different genres musician.

 2011- 2012  Oquendo's Engineers and Architects 
  Collaborated in the design process of a Sustainable Energy Park. Worked in the construction of 2D drawings ,3D models and renders of the project. Was in charge of the construction of 3D models and renders of interior and exterior designs.  Collaborated in the construction of as built plans of different existing structures. 

 2011   Cocero-Cordero & Associates Architects (Temporary)
  Provided drafting services for the actualization of the as built plan of the Ramirez intendant building in San Juan Puerto Rico designed by the Toro Ferrer Architects

 2010 Rovestone Entertainment and Design 
  Provided decorating and visual effect services within the entertainment industry.
