I have specialized in retail, restaurant, small commercial and custom residential projects throughout my career. I am currently working in Aviation facility design with Sacramento County Airports, but want to return to my first passion of Architectural Design. As a firm owner, I have beeen involved in every aspect of running a professional services firm. My Architectural skills run the gamet of everything from business development, proposal/contract preparation, design oversight, project scheduling, budget development, QA/QC plan checking, construction administration and project close-out. I have the ability to visualize the big picture design/project goals as well as zooming into the minutiae of construction detailing.I honor and respect the skills and craft of the professionals that construct what I design. Building design is in my DNA and I look forward to sharing my passion with your organization.
