PBK San Antonio
Developed the Construction Documents in ACAD 2010 for a 450,800 SF High School for Judson Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities included drafting floor plans, building / wall sections, exterior elevations and coordinating MEP and Structural consultants to comply with the design intent.
Assisted Project Architect on the Construction Administration of a school complex that included a 11,659 SF Stadium and a 450,800 SF High School for Judson Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Submittal and shop drawings tracking; conducting construction meetings and developing drawings for on-site clarifications.
Developed the Construction Documents in Revit 2010 for a 19,480 SF K-12 School for Idea Public Schools in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Responsibilities included developing the model, building / wall sections, exterior elevations plus coordinating MEP and Structural consultants.

PBK Dallas
Assisted in the Cost Assessment of various school facilities to include evaluation of the site, determine the life cycle and conditions of the various building components including roofing and MEP systems, compliance with current building codes, ADA accessibility, TEA standards and assign replacement costs by loading all data into an Excel spread sheet that I developed for this project.

PBK El Paso
Assisted Director in opening up a satellite branch in the city of El Paso Texas. Relocated to El Paso.
Assisted Project Manager in the Construction Administration of a 94,000 SF Elementary School intended to be LEED Silver for the Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso,Texas. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Submittal and shop drawings tracking, assisted in construction meetings and developed drawings for on-site clarifications and LEED online submissions.

PBK Rio Grande Valley
Developed the Construction Documents for a 15,900 SF High School Field House for Mission Consolidated Independent School District in Mission, Texas. Responsibilities included drafting floor plans, building / wall sections, exterior elevations, coordinating MEP, Structural, and Civil consultants as well as developing project specifications.
