About 

Trained as an architect from McGill University in Montreal, QC, currently registered as an architect in Washington State and eligible in BC, I am involved in many large-scale institutional, researching, industrial and commercial architectural design projects and design-build projects, such as the Tarrant County College Campus, Hotel Georgia in Downtown Vancouver, BC and Arena Stages in Washington, DC, USA.  Worked with Fluor and several Vancouver premier architecture design firms, for instant Bing Thom Architects

My involvement of projects also includes negotiation with trades and other parties, critical paths, and other related documents.  

 

  1. Staffing (up to 20 people reporting to me);

  2. Project oversight;

  3. Value engineering, cost estimating and cost control;

  4. Construction documents preparation;

  5. Risk management;

  6. Change management;

  7. Cost-plus and lump Sum contract preparation, evaluation and

    negotiation;

  8. In-charge of procurement, specifications and other material and

    equipment research;

  9. Institutional building design experiences, including planning and design

    of classrooms, labs, medical facilities, utilities facilities and other related

    faculties;

  10. 10.BC building codes, International Building Codes and other applicable

  11. regulations, such as OSHA;
    11.All deadline (Critical Path Control), cost quality control to all

    shareholders Responsible to RFP, EOI, Scope of Work (Sow), Potential Change Note (PCN) and other contractual documents for the engagement of contractors and consultants;

    12.Experience with cash flow, bid documents and other related activities.
