I am a 33 years old italian architect, registered at the architects professional association in Asti (Italy) at n. 496.

For the last 6 years I've been a partner at Gianmarcocavagnino srl (www.gianmarcocavagnino.com), a design, marketing and communication society in Italy, covering all the branches of architectural design.

At Gianmarcocavagnino srl, as a chief planner and project leader, I have been responsible for design and project management on several projects all over Europe, including the construction of a luxury 108 rooms Hotel in Saint Petersburg, the reconstruction of a 384 rooms Hotel in Palermo, luxury Hotels in Venice and Portofino; the master plan for a new 17.500 sm residential area in Riga (Latvia); some productive factories in the Piedmontese area; various apartment buildings and one-family houses in Italy and France; several private apartments and offices in the heart of Paris and Milan: many of these projects have been worthy of publication on important architecture magazines (see attachment).

I'm now an all round architect and I have excellent experience and capability in the administration and the carrying out of all the projectual phases: I can conceptualize an idea and materialize it into built projects; I can work out impressive presentations of the projects by means of my own technical skills (in models manufacturing, as well as in freehand drawings and digital renderings); I've also got great experience in the working out of details and construction drawings; I can manage a team as well as taking part in it; I can deal directly with customers and handle the suppliers; I have skills at producing written plans, reports, BOQ, contracts, and I have also outstanding experience in job management.

Today, I'm highly motivated to undertake new professional experiences, to prove myself, to enhance my inclination to team working, and I strongly feel the need of further widening my international experience: in order to achieve that goal I'm available to invest and move, to go through trial periods and to perform whatever of the above-listed activities.
