I am an architect and researcher working between art, architecture and technology. I like investigating the dynamic dialogue between people and environments through experimentation with digital and analogue forms of making.
I have worked on projects through all phases, including design development and construction documentation and administration. At OPAL, as a passive house architectural designer, and at Appareil I gained a contextually driven approach with a sensitivity to details, materiality and performance. Working closely with clients, artisans, engineers, and builders, I gained an in-depth knowledge of architectural systems and conducted tectonic research to create sustainable building systems for architecture and exhibition design. Working with collaborative teams to research additive manufacturing of earthen architecture and other forms of digital fabrication has further developed my skills to creatively and effectively use technology while solving complex problems and expanding the capabilities of architectural design.
