Englewood South established a new, high-density, mixed-use

neighborhood via the redevelopment of a contaminated property
which had historic and outdated uses. The goal for Englewood South
was to create an upscale, livable neighborhood, where one can work,
live, shop, and play. The established architecture is high-end, utilizing
concepts of Smart Growth and New Urbanism
