The Commissary is a new LEED silver restaurant in The Presidio, featuring celebrity chef Traci Des Jardins, inside historic building 101. The project features custom casework, exhibition kitchen, prep kitchen, storage, offices, and new exterior ramp and stairs. The restaurant serves convenient grab and go lunches, as well as sit-down dinners, serving both workers and local residents.
