Designed in 2006 as a 21-story class A office building (North Tower) adjacent to a 12-story office building (South Tower) and a 7-story/2100 car parking garage. The South Tower and half of the garage were constructed in 2008, and foundations for the North Tower were completed in addition to steel and exterior wall prefabrication. The project was purchased by a new owner in late 2015 with the north tower developed for biotech and life science tenants. The project involved revision to the 2006 permit and for construction administration for the phase 2 portion of the parking garage and construction of the north tower (core and shell with amenity spaces- conference rooms and fitness center).
