Fusion redesigned the Tower Point lobby to reclaim its street level presence and high traffic location in addition to providing an inviting interior communal gathering space. The design has created a light, open, volumetric space at ground level, rising through the second story. Sleek, white back painted glass and high gloss metal accents contrast with the natural brick and reclaimed wood, adding warmth to the modern refresh. The new lighter finishes in conjunction with contemporary upholstered chairs in pops of red and the custom map graphics are the major highlights of the new space. The new design also addressed way finding by adding a digital building in screen with tenant directory information.
