101 GREENWICH STREET

The redevelopment of 101 Greenwich Street (formerly Two Rector Street), a 26-story, 481,000 SF office building  underwent a significant repositioning, resulting in it being regarded as one of the finest Class ‘A’ specified, fully modernized, pre-war buildings in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Significant upgrades were made to the property’s technology, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, lobby, elevators and bathrooms.

The Target Market for this redevelopment are TAMI (Technology, Advertising, Media and Information industries) tenants, as well as financial and hospitality industries. I was involved in this project, as Director of CA / Project Architect at the middle of the CDs thru the end of construction of the Lobby and all needed upgrades along with DOB, LPC, NYFD, DOT &  DOF re-submissions.
