Employment 

CORE Architects Inc., Toronto, ON, CA, Architectural Designer

• Prepared drawings for design development, permit submission, and SPA (in Revit) for a 45 & 40-storey mixed-use project with a total gross floor area of 77,900m² located adjacent to the Rouge River Valley in Markham, Ontario.
• Developed IFC drawings and submitted Site Instruction package (in Revit) for an
8-storey mixed-use project with a total gross floor area of 14,640m² located in The Junction neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario.
• Prepared drawings in the schematic design phase (in AutoCAD and SketchUp) for seven 12- to 15-story mixed-use developments with a total gross floor area of 124,145m² located in Milton’s Boyne neighbourhood.
• Developed SPA and permit set drawings (in Revit) for a 16-storey residential mid-rise with a total gross floor area of 23,030m² along with 6 townhouses with a total gross floor area of 9,735m² located in Lakeview Village, Mississauga.
• Designed and reviewed unit layouts complying with Ontario Building Code guidelines, including Barrier Free design. Prepared marketing black-line drawings and revised unit matrix statistics in Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinated with mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural by reviewing consultant drawings with architectural sets and prepared markups and BIM models to incorporate engineering systems into architectural design.
• Created presentation packages for client’s study and visualization – utilizing software such as Photoshop and Enscape to produce high quality renders and established Adobe InDesign standards for client satisfaction.

Starbucks Coffee Company, Vaughan, ON, CA, Starbucks logo Starbuck Certified Barista and Shift Supervisor

• Responsible for building personal connections with customers and providing the best customer experience possible; outside of handcrafting assortment of beverages at one of the busiest Starbucks stores in Canada (Starbucks at Canada's Wonderland).
• Through role modelling, deliver quality service and facilitate strong relationship between customers and partners.
• Helped the team to improve work efficiency and keeping operational order in the store through effective leadership skills and planning shift schedules. Schedules created weekly and sent out to all working staff.

TekVision Technologies Inc., Markham, ON, CA, Junior Test Data Analyst, Student Intern

• Analyzed and categorized test data downloaded from the automated test system developed by the company. Customers are from the Fortune 500 companies like Bell Canada and Rogers.
• Tasked to create various charts using advanced formula and charting functions from Microsoft Excel to illustrate the different test results to clients. Graphics generated in PowerPoint and organized in Adobe InDesign for client presentation.
