    What's Up?

Holla! I'm Jacob, Jake was gracious enough to invite me to join him and Erik on their quest to document the triumphs and trials we're battling through here at the studio. I mean, its 9 oclock on a friday night and there are a ton of people here right now, crazy right? It must be right before final crits. - You guessed it, the second year students have their crits tomorrow and we've got ours on Monday, so in other words, its crunch time. We've got to collect all the work that we've been doing over the past five weeks, touch it up, tweak it and make it presentable for monday. This includes putting finishing touches on our models, drawing a number of plans and sections as well as postscript diagrams. My model currently looks like this, im prettty siked about it, just gotta finish up a couple of final touches.

There is a veritable boatload of work for us and each piece takes time and focus, but i must admit there is a certain rewarding feeling being able to pin up work that you're really proud to show off.

Anyway, I'm really excited to join this endeavor and i'll check back as often as i can but as Jake has demonstrated it's hard to stay consistent with our workload. I'm anxiously awaiting our crit, I can't wait to get it out of the way, man, thats gonna be a great feeling.
