The project brief was to design a business hub consisting of an IT office block along with a training center, food court, retail and a guest house. The main objective was to re-imagine work spaces to be more integrated with nature and natural elements  and also try to achieve energy efficiency by implementing passive design strategies and making use of reusable energy resources like solar and rainwater.
