Cedar Commons Housing First PSH

Cedar Commons Housing First, a 3-story building featuring 40 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) single-resident occupancy (SRO) units and 20 deeply affordable studios, just one mile from Central City Concern's Blackburn Center. Designed with residents' needs in mind, public spaces and circulation are open with generous access to natural light and open sightlines. With group kitchens on the first two levels arranged to encourage residents to congregate, cook meals, and socialize. Floors and units were design considering Cost-Efficient Design and Construction practices.

Integrated clinical and supportive services are offered on the ground floor alongside onsite leasing, mailroom, community space, and outdoor courtyard. Cedar Commons offers wrap-around services for residents facing unique mental health conditions with a trauma-informed, on-site support and case managers.

In addition to public transit options, Cedar Commons also offers off-street parking spaces with EV charging for staff and residents. The building achieved Earth Advantage Multifamily Platinum Level certification.
