Cine Reforma is an upcycle  & art center located in the city of Mexicali. The idea of this center is to bring the comunity of Mexicali together and to attract tourism reviving the value of the city’s abandoned downtown. This is a school, venue and recreational center where citizens will go an learn different ideas of upcycling items. As well as enjoying the performing arts, musical shows and movie nights to perserve its originality. This project brings more job opportunities and definitively attracts tourism making this city more attractive for everyone.
