Concept Statement
In order to preserve the traditional temple during the urbanization process, this typology should be redefined to satisfied the current demand in society. Original horizontal space allocation is redesigned vertically now. In the future, the new temple can both serve as community center and religion center in each neighborhood.

Religious Hostel

The new temple will also serve as a religious hostel. Both tourists and believers can live here. During the parade season, this building can become the service area to offer basic life demand of participants.  While in the normal life, the new temple can offer customers a special place that is full of calm atmosphere. They can meditate and reflect themselves by taking the religious lectures and tour. This experience can refresh their bodies and mind.
