2010 Battalion / Brigade Headquarter - US Army 4th Infantry Combat Brigade

$23 million

Design-build of a three-story, 138,000-sf Brigade and Battalion Headquarters at Fort Stewart. In addition to architectural and interior design, the USACE Bentley BIM model coordinated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering. The project includes administrative areas; operations areas; classrooms; and special use spaces for a Secure Compartmented Information Facility, Brigade Operations Center and Network Operations Center. The design incorporated the Southern Colonial Revival style of architecture into the facility, which houses the 4th Infantry Combat Brigade.
