The historic six-story masonry building received a complete core and shell renovation to create 26,200sf of new retail and commercial office development. Cost $10.9 million.

New translucent glass curtain wall over exsiting historic brick facade with a 9 inch passive ventilation zone between facades.

185 Post Street was completed while serving as principal at Brand + Allen Architects.
