Sole Architect for Nantucket's newest high-end development with 15 over-sized, elevated lots, moments to Town and Nantucket Sound beaches. Gingy Lane includes a winding, Belgian block paver road, spectacular rain garden and landscaping throughout, granite curbing, brick sidewalk, street lamps and common courtyard.
As Project Manager I was responsible for obtaining all building permits and Town approvals from our Historic District Commission design board. As well as contractor selection and daily oversight of each home's progress, ensuring homes were built on time, within budget and of the highest craftmanship.
