A topographical model combined with a schematic design as a part of a feasibility study for State-of-the-Art Multi-Component Community Center/Recreation Complex in Cedar Rapids/Linn County, IA.
The area had suffered greatly from flooding of 2008, and the client required visual assurances that the 100 year flood line was not compromised in the schematic design.
