142,000 SF $25 million renovation to convert an existing 1976 computer tape manufacturing plant into a modern thin film solar panel manufacturing facility with 28,000 SF of office space. Acted as main Architectural client contact for project and worked with key top executive client personnel to achieve finished design concept and to develop new corporate image. Managed scheduling, permitting, code review and analysis for entire project. Project also included the layout for a 750 kW solar field that produced one quarter of the daily power for the facility.
