This restaurant is on the bottom floor of a five story office building. After completion, Ruth's Chris mandated all future restaurants to have the "look of" this project. Prior to this, Ruth's Chris did not have design standards to follow. I was involved with and had input with this project from the original concept space plan up to the grand opening.
