This is a $50M continuing care retirement community in the greater Kansas City market. The project was done for the Archdiocese of Kansas. As the architect of record and the Principal-in-Charge, we participated in focus groups with potential residents and neighboring developments to define the project's image and scale.

We decided to develop the project as an Italian village. It has been wildly sucessful and is now planning on an expansion.
