For a city, a town, or a neighborhood to have a healthy existence, it must have a public space in which groups and individuals can make themselves visible. Public spaces will always be needed, for it is there that citizens desires and needs can be seen and recognized.

 

A new, contemporary town center can serve not only as an attractive destination for tourists and locals, but as a place of rest, reunion, culture, and interaction. It will be accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, gender, race, socio-economic level, or age.
