Built  construction documents for retail project. This project needed a soffit to cover electrical wires, structural, and mechanical. My duties was to coordinate with consultants and to follow  the building codes such as having the proper wall type, place ADA bathroom, stockroom space , and proper canopy if need it.  All construction document was sent to department of building and I will follow up with the inspector to make sure that we got the permit for construction.
