Planning and design for a four story 195,000 sf comprehensive cardiovascular center located within a dense urban medical campus including an expanded Emergency Department (45-bed), 80 ICU/ CCU step-down beds, 45 bed prep and recovery for outpatient surgery, new emergency and main campus entries, a 500 car parking structure, and an iconographic helipad situated on a sculptural support above the drop-off drive.  Patient rooms have expansive views of St. Johns River and downtown Jacksonville.  The award winning design creates and urban park on the campus and a prominent landmark on the Jacksonville riverfront.
