Programming, master planning, and campus design for a new 5,000-student university integrated with the new town of Ave Maria, in southwestern Florida.  This is the first new Catholic university campus in the United States to be constructed in over forty years.  The campus and town plans were developed together to create a unified theme of spiritual commitment.  The University’s campus green originates from the town’s Oratory and the town’s street pattern radiates from an elliptical urban space surrounding the Oratory.

Science, Mathematics, and Technology Building

Design and planning for a 62,000sf facility containing faculty offices, seminar spaces, classrooms, laboratories and a 200-seat lecture hall. 

Student Activity Center

Planning and design for a 72,000sf student activity center including bookstore, coffee shop, ballroom/ conference center, student organization offices, 500-seat dining hall, study and recreation spaces.
