Site of this competition has unique ‘C’-shape which gives a good chance to make outstanding landmarks building for Namchun. The building naturally embraces the site by following shape of site. Five story building has educational, retail spaces and faculty facilities. Honeycomb roof structure brings lights into the building. Spaces between floor slabs allow the light to reach to ground floor.
