Callahan Remodel and Interior Design

When the new owner purchased this 1920's bungalow nestled in the Hollywood Hills, the design and finishes were in need of some love and attention.  The floor plan was fragmented and dark, creating a confusing layout and wasted space.   The kitchen was small and isolated, the original tile still blanketed the bathrooms, and there was no master suite.  

The main challenge was to stay within the building's footprint, so with minimal demolition and construction I manipulated the unusual circulation and storage area to create a contemporary Hollywood bungalow.
