In 2009 HMC entered the CANstruction competition for the Orange County food bank. Our entry included three skyscrapers, dubbed CANscrapers. My portion was the can-version of Taipei 101, made of Chicken of the Sea green labeled tuna cans. This project was not only an experience in structure and balance, but also coordination to take my portion of the design and how to include it within the whole.
