This was a large high-rise residential project that I worked on extensively during my time at SCB. I worked directly with the Project Architect and was responsible for submitting the Schematic Design, Design Development and the Construction Document sets for phase 2. My responsibilities included all floor plans, unit plans, slab plans, elevations, verifying ADA compliance, and MEP coordination. I also worked with our head designer on the phase 2 lobby plans, elevations, 3D modeling and renderings. Working on phase 2 production drawings during construction of phase 1 was a great learning opportunity and it allowed me to rectify any design and construction issues that arose in phase 1.
