Between urban and rural, tactile and digital, and past and future is a area of motion and change. In an increasingly urbanized, globalized, and digitalized society, how can space evolve for the community? The definition of public building and information exchange is changing.
Public space serves as a transitional space for people of all community and background to come together, aiding the break through of social barrier.

The Cerro Public Library is a representation of the new role of libraries and information gathering. It creates a place that allows for literature information as well as community information by bringing in light and space.
