Jeff Lamb and I worked with a couple to create their dream condominium home with a view. We explored several options including purchasing the unit next to them but in the end opted for punching a hole in the roof slab to create a phenomenal second story master area with a commanding view of Salem’s waterfront.
The design included low-VOC paints, eco-friendly materials, low flow fixtures, and energy efficient fixtures.
