While with R.S. Granoff Architects, P.C., I was a lead member of the design team for this estate, working on the initial concepts, 3-D renderings, site planning, floor plans, presentations, and a project website.  Additionally, I worked on design development and construction documents.  The estate is approximately 30,000 s.f.
