I'm a Licensed Architect with more than 21 years of experience in varied architectural typologies and construction. I have experience in designing projects as an individual or as the lead for a team of professionals.

My project experience includes financial institutions, restaurants, tenant fit out, country clubs, multi million dollar sigle family residences and large scale retail centers.

Lead projects through the entitlement process for architectural review committees and planning boards. Prepare presentations and provide professional testimony.

Responsible for due diligence research, site selection analysis, facility evaluation, code and ADA compliance studies.

Direct and coordinate civil, MEP, structural, noise and traffic engineers as well as land use attorneys and construction teams for large ground-up and take over retail projects. Project sizes range from 35K SF expansions of existing stores to 195K SF new stores.

Manage the production of contract documents and adapt prototypical layouts and details for expansion and takeover projects including multi level stores.

Development of schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications.
